14 Days of Self Love

February often brings up a lot—expectations, comparisons, memories, longing, tenderness. And while Valentine’s Day is usually framed around romantic love, I believe it can also be a powerful invitation to turn inward.

That’s why I created 14 Days of Self Love, a daily email journey running February 1–14. Each morning, you’ll receive a short, grounding message meant to be read slowly—something positive to ingest before the day takes over. Inside each email you’ll find:

  • A self-love suggestion for each of the five love languages
  • A journal prompt to help you understand how you experience love, care, and safety
  • A simple graphic or quote to anchor the day’s theme
    This experience is reflective, supportive, and deeply human. It’s not about becoming someone new—it’s about recognizing what you already need, what you’ve learned in love, and how to show up for yourself with more compassion. A 14-week guided journey through the chakra system, designed to help you understand the place in us where our physical self meets our energetic self. Each chakra is explored over two weeks—beginning with personal reflection and integration, followed by live, supportive discussion and meditation. This experience blends energy work, self-awareness, and gentle regulation practices to help you reconnect with your body, gain clarity, and move toward greater balance—without pressure to fix or force anything.
